Hereinafter In this Privacy Policy, M.D.U. Consulting (and “we”, “our”) refers to the M.D.U. Consulting head office, located by the above-mentioned registered address. It is recommended that the user carefully reads this policy regarding the way we gather, use, disseminate and transfer personal information provided by our website or mobile apps (collectively refers to as “Platform”). Therefore, this policy explains how we collect information using cookies or related technologies when the user uses our Platform. The last updating of this Privacy Policy dates back to May 2018. From time to time, we could amend this Policy. Thus it is recommended to control it constantly to be informed on any proposed updates.

The access to any sections of our Platform requires a registration. During this process, personal data (name, address, e-mail and telephone number) will be required. By filling the required fields with his personal data, the user enables M.D.U. Consulting to supply the selected services. We also collect customer personal data when the user engages in correspondence with us (i.e. sending of communications per e-mail or letters) or gets in touch by telephone with M.D.U. Consulting. What is a cookie?

IP addresses.

We can collect information on user’s computer or mobile device, among others IP addresses, where it is available , the operating system, connection times and browser type. We use this information to better understand how users move about our Platform and for internal informational purposes. We can make this information anonymous and share it with advertising agencies, sponsors and other activities.

Information sharing.

User’s personal data are not rented, sold or shared with other persons or not-affiliated agencies outside M.D.U. Consulting, except for the following circumstances:

  • Implementation of the law, court, regulatory authority, government authority or other institutions, where we believe it is necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, or to protect our rights or those of third parties;
  • We might also disclose user’s personal data to third parties which purchase or to which we transfer all our goods and activities, or integral part of them. In case of such a sale or transfer, we will do everything possible to make sure that the entity, to which the user’s personal data are transferred, uses them accordingly to this Privacy Policy.

International transfers.

The gathered information may be transferred, stored and processed in any country or territory, where one or more companies affiliated to our group, or third parties providing services, have their head office or carry out their services. We want that the user feels safe using our Platform and we commit ourselves to protect the collected personal data. How TO modify, delete or consult personal data.

The user has the right to require a copy of the personal data contained in our archives to correct inaccuracies or to update any changed information. The user may also require us to not receive direct marketing communications (although please note that we may continue to send communications on non-related marketing services, as well as updates via e-mail on services status). We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Whenever we do it, we will publish the above-mentioned changes on our Platform. Whether the user does not approve these amendments, he is requested to please not continue to use the Platform.
